"When the Creator made a life, maybe they thought of it as a kind of blessing, and the created life is supposed to be grateful. But on second thought, what if the created beings do not wish to exist at all? What if they are not living well? Not happy? Are the Creator and the created life really a contradictory relationship?" Long Yi still stared at the stars outside while speaking.

"If the created beings do not wish to exist, then they can choose self-destruction, no one will stop them. If they lack the courage to self-destruct and instead blame the Creator for creating them without their consent, that’s just a kind of coquettish behavior. Only their creator would be so tolerant as to even entertain such a notion; it’s complete nonsense," Little Zi said.

"But after all, it’s the Creator who brought them into this world, we have responsibility," Long Yi retorted.

"Yes, we have responsibility, but not infinite responsibility. The responsibility of the Giant is not to fulfill endless demands, and in fact, you might look at all species created by the Giant, even including me, since I too was once human. Humans created a civilization on that tiny planet that was even more thriving than these so-called higher lifeforms. Did we really depend on the Giant?
