What exactly did Princess Elsa say to make our gracious Empress so enraged?"

Belle tried to suppress her anger and apologized with remorse on her face, "Sorry, I didn’t mean to."

Elsa could see that Belle’s energy was still surging explosively, and she knew that although Belle’s face remained calm, her anger was still escalating!
