Things were far simpler than imagined.

The Giant heaved a heavy sigh, then continued, "To speak the truth, we all know that the perpetrator this time is the Divine Worm. The Elders avoid the subject, but who doesn’t know the purpose of the Divine Worm’s visit here? Isn’t it to throw the entire multiverse into chaos, to make the gods lose faith, and thus have one less enemy in the divine battle? The Giant waved his fist with vigor, but he soon calmed down.

"But we cannot do that. Because if we do, our gods will truly have no chance left. The divine decrees are the greatest shackle embedded within Divine Status. He had called out Long Yi’s name.

Long Yi thought that his name was rather obscure, yet this Giant was able to call it out, which was very abnormal. Could it be that they already knew he would become a Pioneer tens of thousands of years ago? No, no, something wasn’t right. Long Yi thought carefully, when had it been decided that he would become a Pioneer? Was it twenty years ago?
