"You foolish Magic life form, you only know to devour my Divine Power! Why won’t you obey me!" Another wave of Divine Power fluctuations came through, and this time Long Yi could clearly interpret the message within.

Along with the Divine Worm’s Divine Power fluctuations came an explosive hissing from the gluttonous snake.

This hiss was the shriek of the gluttonous snake’s frenzied consumption, just as Simu had said – Long Yi didn’t need to worry about the snake. No matter how the Divine Worm’s projection tried to trap the gluttonous snake, it had to keep pouring more Divine Power to maintain its containment, because the snake would attempt to devour all energies ensnaring it. Additionally, as the gluttonous snake lacked any notable consciousness, the Worm was unable to communicate or exert any influence over it.

Instead, he had arrived at the inner wall of the Primordial Substance. There was an extremely hard bone-like inner wall on the Primordial Substance, and from what he could feel, it seemed the inside of the wall was vacuum-sealed!

Long Yi carefully assessed the feasibility and necessity of taking a risk.

One thing that was certain was that the inside of the Primordial Substance was controlled via a nervous system. For a Primordial Substance structure as huge as a planet, if it were to be controlled merely with Divine Power or energy, it would be immensely wasteful. As for necessity, that was even more self-evident; any further understanding of this Worm was a significantly necessary action.

Since both feasibility and necessity existed, there was no reason for hesitation.

Long Yi found a spot devoid of any nerve fibers and let the rocky surface of his body meld with the bone-like Primordial Substance’s inner wall through purely biological means—it was beneficial to always carry a variety of potions.

Once fully integrated, under the action of dissolving bacteria, the super-thick bone-like substance began to slowly dissolve. The process wasn’t fast at the beginning, but as the bacteria multiplied more rapidly, the dissolving speed also accelerated.
